The Founders
Tiffany is currently Head of the Global Innovation Team for Impact International and a member of the Global Leadership Team. Her commitment to community development has included working with the United Nations to deliver the Business for the Environment Summit (B4E) in Singapore, working as part of a Prince's committee to design the next commonwealth study tour in the UK (Leadership for Sustainability 2012) and supporting and mentoring social entrepreneurs in the fields of HIV AIDS, Relief Distribution, Community Development and Environmental Impact. Tiffany is passionate about taking responsibility beyond philanthropy and creating sustainable community projects that generate engagement and benefit for all involved.
Adam: With a background in forestry and aboriculture and having spent some of his career as a tree surgeon, Adam is a natural adventurer and has a great love of the outdoors. He is a very practical and hands-on person and is passionate about working with people in disadvantaged communities to create things that will make a difference. Adam also has skills and experience in first aid, Health and Safety, conducting risk assessments, quality control, electrical engineering and heavy construction. A keen volunteer, Adam has always found ways to support both his local community and those that he has visited on his travels including working with Conservation Volunteers Australia to help preserve the natural ecosystem at Cape Tribulation North of the East Coast by eradicating any non-native species that thrive in their new climate and that over-power most of the native species. Also, Adam helped to create fire breaks in susceptible areas on the east coast of australia to combat forest fires, including building tracks and paths for the fire fighters to help aid fighting the bush fires.
The Team
Stewart joined the team this year as the expedition and events organiser and to work on specific Legacy projects. Stewart has participated in and successfully raised money for the Bobby Moore Fund and Cancer Research on trips to the Great Wall of China and South Africa.
Laura is a volunteer secretary for Legacy. Efficient, effective and enthusiastic Laura spends her time organising the team and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Laura works as a full time PA for one of the Directors at ESPA.
Linda has recently joined the Legacy team as a volunteer fundraiser. With a background in environmental and social sustainability plus experience in fund raising and allocating grants she has a personal passion about making a difference and a fantastic depth of knowledge in effective fundraising.
Deb started volunteering for the Legacy team in 2011 and has been involved in the mentor programme training and a specific project to produce a documentary about youth and communities. With an extensive background of working with young adults on apprentice schemes and a real passion to give back, Deb has been a well needed addition to the team.
Trustees
Bridget Hatter: Manager Tewkesbury Abbey retail. Bridget has worked in the third sector for over 30 years and has experience in setting up and managing small and medium sized businesses.
Matthew Arthur: Nationwide - with over 20 years of working as a project manager and consultant in the financial sector, Matthew is highly competent and experienced in the financial management side of business. He is also chair of 'Play' a charity organisation focusing on building confidence in children through play.

Lorenzo Giliomee (Chartered - MCIPD): Lorenzo is a highly competent and professional organisational development and learning & development specialist who has been privileged to have gained invaluable professional and life experiences through a diversified and dynamic career, spanning the boundaries of the military, public and commercial environments honing his skills as a human resources specialist..
Roger Cloake (Chartered Accountant ACA): Roger is one of the partners of Til and Cloake Accountancy Firm in Lancing. Roger is Treasurer for the Legacy Project.
